Refund Policy

Q Adventure Tours

Booking Conditions: The price per day is $30USD or 660,000LAK which can be paid either using cash or card. Please note, all card transactions will have an additional 3% surcharge applied.

Additional Conditions: In case of emergency, the participants acknowledge that during the course of such tours certain risks and dangers exist. These include but are not limited to hazards while trekking, camping, kayaking, climbing, swimming, etc. There are inherent risks of accident or illness in remote areas without medical facilities. The clients agree to assume all risks associated with any tour and agrees that that no liability will be attached to the company or its outfitters of tour groups in respect to personal illness, delays, or death. Unforeseen conditions outside of tour company control can include but are not limited to natural disasters and weather conditions, in these instances the tour company accepts no liability for loss or damage to property or persons. All responsibility is taken on by the participant.

Cancellation: In case of cancelling a booked tour due to illness or other personal unforeseen circumstances, participants must inform the tour company within 12 hours of the tour departure otherwise no refunds will be given. If these criteria are met, a refund of 40% will be provided. In any circumstance where the tour cannot be conducted and is cancelled by the tour company, a full refund will be provided for the days that are unable to be conducted.

Eco Farm Stay & Hostel

Cancellation: At the Eco Farm Stay & Hostel we understand that travel plans may change, and we aim to provide fair and flexible options for our guests. Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will be charged the first night of the stay. In the case of a no-show, the first night will also be charged and any remaining nights of the booking will be cancelled. Guests who booked through an online travel agency such as Booking.com, Hostelworld, or Agoda must process their cancellation directly through that platform. Guests who booked with us directly can contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp to cancel or modify their reservation.

Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule your booking, we encourage you to contact us directly. We will always do our best to provide a free date change, subject to availability.

For guests cancelling nights because they are joining one of our Eco Farm Stay & Hostel tours, we offer extra flexibility: those nights may be cancelled free of charge even if the request is made within 72 hours of the reservation.

Refunds: Where applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of booking. Depending on your bank or card provider, refunds may take up to seven business days to appear.
