Terms & Conditions

1. Bookings & Payments

  • Reservations can be made directly with us via our website, email, phone, or WhatsApp, or through third-party booking platforms such as Booking.com, Hostelworld, or Agoda.

  • At this time, we do not require prepayment for direct bookings. Payment for accommodation and tours is made upon arrival.

  • If you book through an online travel agency, their payment terms may apply. Please check your chosen platform’s policies carefully.

  • Prices listed on our website are in LAK & USD and include all applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before check-in. Cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in will be charged the first night of the stay. In the case of a no-show, the first night will be charged, and the remaining nights of the booking will be cancelled. Guests who booked through an online travel agency must cancel via the same platform. Direct bookings can be cancelled by contacting us directly.

Guests wishing to reschedule may contact us directly, and we will do our best to provide free date changes, subject to availability. If guests shorten or cancel nights due to participating in a Q Adventure Tour, we provide free cancellation for those nights, even within the 72-hour period. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed through the same payment method used at the time of booking and may take up to seven business days to appear.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 14:00 (2PM) and check-out is 11:00 (11AM). Early check-in or late check-out may be possible, subject to availability and possible additional charges. Guests must present valid identification at check-in.

4. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward staff, other guests, and the local community. Illegal activities, disruptive behavior, or damage to property will not be tolerated and may result in immediate eviction without refund. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Q Adventure Tours/Eco Farm Stay & Hostel is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5. Tours & Activities

Participation in tours and outdoor activities is at your own risk. Guests should ensure they are physically able to take part in trekking and adventure activities. We recommend appropriate clothing, footwear, and travel insurance. Our guides will always prioritize guest safety, but Q Adventure Tours/Eco Farm Stay & Hostel cannot accept liability for accidents, injuries, or loss during tours. Itineraries may be adjusted due to weather conditions, safety considerations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Website Use & Content

All content on qadventure-ecofarm.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Q Adventure I Eco Farm and may not be copied or reproduced without permission. We make every effort to keep information accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that all details (including prices and availability) are always correct.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our website or services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Lao PDR. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that country.
